Terminos y condicones

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed to be an error on our part will be at our expense.

If you notice any problems with the products or any other item in the order, please send a problem report to our support email: support@frikimaniastudio.com.

The default return address is set at Printful’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s address is not used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed

Shipments that are not claimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment if you wish to retrieve the order.

If you have not registered an account with frikimaniaestudio.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or shipping claim failure will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Returns of sealed products, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return. You agree that any orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be discarded.

Returns

We do not accept return requests from customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase should contact our Customer Service through our support email and express their desire to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receiving it, providing a photograph of the item. The withdrawal request will be subject to an evaluation to verify if the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, no refund will be possible.

EU Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
